Website Photography Design
I am creating a photography website and I needed some advice on it.?
I am interested in starting my own photography business and I was wondering if anyone out there has any advice for me. Any advice on how I should design my website, etc…I have all the products that I need for the business. Where is the best place to advertise my website and what should I say in my advertisement as well. All the help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
If you’re serious, get a professional to design your website, or at least get a template if you’re doing it yourself. Homemade sites are almost always amateurish looking, and even if you have great images a poorly done website will hurt you. If you have music, make sure there is a prominently placed button to turn it off. Don’t try to show too many images. You want enough to represent your work, but hundreds of the same thing is not necessary. Make sure you are showcasing your best stuff. No almosts or ho-hums. Good luck with your business.
