Then And Now Photography
what would be the best amatuer canon DSLR ?? and i am going to be doing sport photography as well as regular.?
i have had the rebel k2 35mm for two years since my HS didnt offer digital photography now that i graduated i wanna go Digital. so i want to do sport photography and looking for a good CANON camera thats amateur. i do not have enough money for the 40d and up
unless you know of a great deal thats no more than 900 with a lens, and even then thats still really high for me .
i was loookig at the canon XSI , canon 30D, and like a said if a really good deal came up a 40D

The Canon 30d is a great camera! I had mine for about a year, and i absolutely love it. I was going to buy the 40d, but i realized the cost wasn’t justifiable. The 40d is a lot more expensive, and that isn’t a major upgrade. I think you’ll be happy with the 30d, and it’s very inexpensive. I got mine (body only) for $699, but it’s a little cheaper now. It can shoot five frames per second, and although not weather-sealed, is a lot more rugged with the Magnesium Alloy body. It would develop out-perform the Rebels. It doesn’t have live view, but it has a lot more practical features. here’s a link to the camera:

Gosh, it’s a lot cheaper than when i got it. It will most likely go up again, it would be a wise idea to buy it now at this price.
