What is the best digital camera from Nikon Cool Pix, Canon, Kodak and Sony?

Hello friends, I want to buy a new digital budget is 8000Rs camera.My / – Rs 10,000 / -. SO that the digital camera is best at this price? Nikon coz I personally liked series that has its own history of making cameras wonderful. So please help me in this regard. Thanks in advance
