I want to buy a good phone unlocked cell line. Which should I choose?

I'm looking for a phone that has a high quality camera digital (not less than 3 megapixels), built in WiFi, GPS, Microsoft Office programs. I do not want the phone to be so huge. I looked at the K850i Sony Ericsson, the P1i and other phones from other vendors, but I'm not sure that one of the best phone would be. Currently I have a friend that uses the Nokia N95 on T-network Mobile here in the states. I want to do the same.
