The fastest way to do that is to use pay per click advertising. SEO will take a lot of effort and time. Pay per click costs money, but brings instant results.

Simply open an account at yahoo search marketing, and bid on appropriate keywords. Set you campaign to only display ads in your local city.

You could bid on keyword phrases like:

Wedding photographer
Senior Portraits
Baby Photographer
etc.

Your site looks very professionsal, so I think this would work well for you.
