How can I do this on photoshop CS?

I want to know how to make this effect on photoshop, I mean the colouring on the photo. Can anyone tell me? Like is there any websites with tutorials or youtube videos?

Go to

Image -> Adjustments -> Color Balance

Deselect “preserve luminosity”
Select “highlights” and make the color go a little more towards yellow, red and magenta.
Select “midtones” and make the color go towards green, blue and cyan.
Select “Shadows” and make the color go towards green, blue and cyan.

Don’t go too far, or you’ll make it look very strange.

Also, try slightly desaturating your original
