Critique for Online Photography Portfolio!!!?

I need help… something is missing from this design!!! Critiques highly recommended, I need help figuring out what to change!

A few comments (after first saying you have a great eye and some wonderful photos).

– Try to arrange your page so it will fit on the screen without the user having to scroll (at a typical resolution like 1024 x 768)

– Cut down on the amount of text. Put the welcome on it’s own page and there is no need to explain who owns the rights to each photo (in fact if you took them, unless you specifically signed away your copyright – you own them)

– When I clicked on a thumbnail, it opened up the photo but also left the menu bar across the photo (I’m using firefox)

Other than trying to make the site cleaner – it’s a very nice site and I think you are very much on the right track.
