Photography For Beginners Magazine

Photo magazine appropriate for a 13-year-old beginner?
I want to get my sister a subscription to a photography magazine for her birthday. I want something that is somewhat age-appropriate and on a beginner to intermediate level. She is currently fooling around with digital as well as 35-mm and she is very computer savvy. Suggestions?
The most important things in Photograph are in the Aesthetics and the best magazines are Aperture or Black& White.
At first it may seem that the language is a bit above a thirteen year old but good images are in fact a way of aiding mnemomically by helping to viewer evolve a visual reference to words and concepts.
Aesthetics are really important to good photos because understanding the fine art aspect is the key to telling a visual story. Over time anyone can pick up technique especially for digital work sense all computer related devices are progressively designed to be user friendly and traditional photography is loosing reasources to produce complex darkroom work due to the ever deminishing market for chemistry!
Select either of thetwo above and you student will be getting the best quality images both classical and new and these magazines are more likely to become collectors items!
