Photography Equipment For Beginners

What are these lens good for?
I’m a beginner in photography and my cousin who is a photographer gave me all of her equipment since she moved on to better things. I now have a Canon Rebel XTi with 4 lens. I don’t know what there for. Please help.
1. Canon 18-55mm
2. Tamron Aspherical 28-80mm 1:3.5-5.6
3. Canon 50mm 1.8
4. Tamron 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 Tele-Macro 1.2
I don’t know what there good for and what I can create with them.
Thank you!!!!
They are for taking pictures.
The 50mm f/1.8, image wise, is the best of the lot.
The 18-55mm is a wide angle zoom lens that was manufactured specifically for the tiny APS-C sensor in your XTi. Keep that one.
The Tamrons are essentially without merit. Not because they are Tamron but because they are Variable Maximum Aperture zoom lenses. The “bottom of the barrel” type of lens design when it comes to image quality. I would sell those two and get one good OEM lens that will work best for your type of photography and vision.
