Photography Competitions 2009

Photography Competition of under 18s help&&advice!!!?
I’m a 13 year old girl, I’m extremely interested in photography, & have noticed a competition in my local area, the details are here on the website: http://www.eastsussex.gov.uk/community/photography/2009.htm
The only problem is that I don’t understand what to do, they haven’t explained very well, like does it mean i should take a picture of a newspaper or road sign? I’m utterly confused!!!
Any ideas?
Do you think if i stuck a load of ‘nasty’ words like ‘death’ ‘pain’ ‘duffor’ ‘murder’ & things like that on a door, then had a girl standing looking at the door and words with her back to the camera. Is that an okay idea? xxx
Anything at all involving words.
Maybe something like this……..
