Where I can find a normal strap, Digital Camera Olympus camera, HELP?

I am retuning a camera from Costco, and I have evreything the box and included, except for the strap that came with it. I can not find the tape, the camera does not work and I can not find the strap back up. I replace the belt with another, but has that look. Where can I find and has to be a store like Wal-Mart, Ebay!
