Olympus Digital Camera Cord
I want to recover pictures from a olympus XD pcture card?
I just called Olympus and they told me that I should not have put the memory card into the computer and should have used to cord instead, well now my pictures from CAMPING are lost. Im so sad about it and I just found this thing www.cardrecovery.com
they wanna charge 40$ but they only found 40 of the like 80 pictures, Will someone please help me

Take no more pics until you’ve recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. Here’s some honest to goodness freeware photo recovery software that should be what you’re looking for. Highly recommend the last one listed here. It’s slower than the others, but much more thorough and effective:

You will need to use your card reader with this, regardless of what Olympus says. After you’ve recovered your pictures, put the card back in your camera, and format it using the “format” option in your camera’s menu. This should help prevent this from happening again.
