My new website’s layout is horrible. Would anyone familiar with html be able to actually DO it for us? Please?

website help! No templates needed, just someone to actually provide us with a layout and codes or what not. My i/m is brittahbrownYO and this is my email, I will be happy to give you more on the site if you really do know what you’re doing, because to be completely honest, I don’t! The website is band photography and interviews. We need help designing it and if there are any programs that we can download that would be great too. We don’t want templates we just want one person to do the layout for us. We can put a thankyou of some sort on our website, or a link to yours or whatever you wish, Just please help!
