Freelance Photography Assignments
How can I become an accredited journalist?

I am interested in writing and photography, either on assignment or as freelance, but have no clue on how to become an accredited member of the press. Please help me with some pointers.

it is a good thing to what interests you..being a journalist is not as easy as it seems. The media has greater responsibility than any other job on the Planet. Know first the laws and ethics in journalism and if you decide to be an accredited journalist you must make it a habit to write and read.

Try being an apprentice in a local media, you may not write anything right away at least you can start your small network…while expanding your network keep writing and show some of your works to those whom you know can help you…who knows sooner or later somebody might recognize your works…

Goodluck and be responsible…..
