HELP with canon digital rebel XTI???!!!?
i’ve been researching about this camera, and i’m a beginner in photography looking for a good entry level camera. i took a couple quizzes online and this is the camera that was recommended for me.
i know that i want this camera, but can anybody give me some places where i can get it at a low price? i know that it’s gone down from the original $800 but i don’t know where to look. i’m planning on saving money and getting it for my birthday, maybe around $500.
also, do you have any tips or help regarding beginning photography or this camera?

you are on the right track with the xti as a beginners camera this camera is awesome and now that canon has dropped the price,it is well worth it…. i don’t know where you live but i would get the camera at best buy and the reason why is that they will price match the camera for you and you can get a service plan just incase something happens to the camera. in your case i would look at the reviews on dpreview.com the xti is one the most popular cameras and highly rated as well. if you’ve heard of flikr go on some xti photo groups and read what people think of this camera.. i would also purchase the xti field guide by an author named lowrie this will defintley help you with using your camera!! overall its going to be worth it have fun and if you join flikr look me up http://www.flickr.com/photos/iwerks/
