Would you recommend the Samsung L200 Digital Camera (10.2 MP and 3x optical zoom)?

I’m thinking about buying this camera. I am 13 year old boy, and I will be going on many trips in 2009 so I want a camera that can take site shots, close up shots, and moving shots, is this camera good for that?
I have seen great reviews from Consumer Reports about the Samsung L210, which has some extra features, and I want to know if this camera is just as good, but there is not Consumer Reports for the L200.
The costumer reviews on all of the major websites (Amazon, Circut City, Walmart, etc.) all are great.

I like the way it was rated in Consumer Reports But the L100 did not have a viewfinder and I doubt if the L200 has. All in all it has to be a good camera. Whoever uses this camera make use of the manual controls, just to learn a bit more about photography.
