What is a cheap digital camera that can take some abuse?

I’m looking for a cheap digital camera which can take some abuse and moisture / water. I fish a lot and am looking for one that I can keep in my tackle box. The camera should be resiliant to water, moisture, and heat to a certain extend. But I don’t want to blow my budget of $100.
The camera will be in the box only for the duration of the trip. I will take it out as soon as I get in the Truck and place it in a proper place in the house.

I don’t know of any at that (or maybe ANY) price level that will withstand life in a tackle box unless you are very careful!

A better alternative would be a disposable film underwater camera. It would probably withstand a summer’s worth of periodic heat, and a splash wouldn’t bother it.

There are just too many delicate parts in a digicam that would be easily broken or corrode in constant moisture.
