Best digital camera without batteries?

I know there are camera’s out there you can charge with a dock. I would like to know some of the good ones out there. I currently have a Kodak and I have to recharge the batteries constantly. Everytime I see a good pic to take of my baby, I find that my camera is dead! Thanks!
