the camera worth the money Sony DSC-T2, T70 or the Canon IXUS 80? best option?

I'm thinking of buying a digital camera soon My list has been reduced to 3 Sony T2 (, T70, and ixus 80) .. I have heard from my friends that Canon has better image quality compared to Sony. but I also like Touch screen functionality of the Sony cameras .. thanks!
