! No digital cameras have contrast / brightness directly at the camera?!?

ok, I know that digital cameras have options such as placing the sun, cloudy day, sepia, black and white etc, but I can not seem to find the real camera settings (like looking at the store) that allow mess with things like contrast, brightness, hue, saturation, sharpness, gamma, law, etc. in-camera. I know you can edit these once you put photos on a computer, but I want to be able to say, playing with the contrast and the right and the camera, after or, preferably, before taking a photo. heres one I'm watching: http://reviews.cnet.com/digital-cameras/canon-powershot-sx130-is/4505-6501_7-34167832.html ps. I had digital cameras before, but I'm looking for a new one.

The Canon compact cameras usually have a colorful scenario. Select that and go to the Custom colors. That will let you play with a couple of things. I went out the contrast and sharpness. It will dull straight out of the camera, but it gives me more room to make adjustments to the software without adding artifact artifact.
